Blog’s Focus:
As a former college athlete and now Physical Education teacher and coach, a phrase I tell my players when entering a competitive soccer game is, “Go be a Game Changer!” This site will focus on new and hot topics relative to sports, fitness, nutrition and personal health. Another focus for this site will be female sports. Sports, science and people are always evolving. Sports unifies people from all over the world. Our passions, goals and teammates drive our competitive edge. No matter what language we speak or where we are from, we all enjoy all the components of what makes sports great!
Why choose this blog?
Title lX granted equal opportunity to both men and women to participate in sports. Sports has evolved tremendously over decades. Females are also now looked at as role models and respected for their talents in their chosen sport. I aim to be another voice for not only female sports, but sports in general. However since sports and sports talk does seem to be dominated by males, this blog will highlight females sports as well and be heard from a female voice (me)!
